Pokémon on the DS felt like a major step up in a lot of ways, and I certainly enjoyed playing through the game. However real life and the desire to actually put together a proper battle team (what with the online and all) both served to slow down my progress a lot. This is the first time all my main Pokémon have actual nicknames; with the online connectivity, I figured it was important to give them some distinction.
