When I started this as a birthday present for Splash in August 2007 I had big ambitions which I tried and tried to accomplish but fell flat on until I finally gave up and told her that I simply couldn't make it turn out like I wanted... I believe that was a first for me.
Well, so her birthday rolls around again, and out of nowhere I just decided I was gonna finish this piece no matter what. To be honest I took a new "it doesn't have to be perfect approach" this time and I've ended up really happy with it now! Notice there are no outlines, which I've never done before. o_o Quite a challenge!
