First an extended power outage, followed up by no Internet. When the mood to create some Pokémon art struck me I guess it made sense that I'd search my sketches and decide on the pissed off Horsea. In such a pose, Bubblebeam seemed a nice way to give it a sort of dynamic feel while allowing me to show a target in the reflection of the bubble. I chose Remoraid just because it always seems to have that wide-eyed, freaked-out expression that would be well suited to the moment it's about to be hit.
