Rabi-en-Rose, a from the anime Di Gi Charat. I was running extremely short on time as well as ideas, on top of being totally sick of doing artwork on the computer after two weeks of it straight - literally, I'd gone on a Christmas gift art spree - I came up with this for my friend SapphireDewgong for Christmas. It had been awhile since I'd actually drawn anything decent with a pencil.
