Back in the summer of 1999 when I caught Pokémon fever, I thought it would be nice to have a few figures. Unfortunately only certain ones were available, and if you could
get one you wanted then you probably had to buy four others you didn't want in a pack along with it. So it was that I began sculpting my own figures out of clay, and once I had a few that I really wanted I just kept making them.
